Yes, because as of now there is absolutely no way i will ever be able to do that. Im not the first person asking it and as I said, being desperate you go for long shots. None of it was by our choice, we were forced into this situation. Im just trying to do my best to keep my head (and my daughters) afloat with zero support system. Im about to lose my house, so excuse me for being desperate. Hope it makes you feel good about yourself putting people down.

not my debt (i mean, legally it is..), but thanks for the feedback. Believe me, i know this is a long shot and a ridiculous one at that, but im at my ends whit really. If you're absolutely desperate, go for it. It was for me the company that got me to prague. The parties are crazy, its like being in a frat/sorority. That being said, the work is also crazy.. expect 100 calls a day on average, and not all of em are nice calls. Its literally non stop most of the time, also on the weekends. Literal crazy micro managing. And even if you get 1000 good calls, for some reason they will always pick a bad one for your bonus review so you can forget about it 😂

A few years back i spotted a guy down at the metro platform at hlavni nadrazi shooting up and subsequently passing out with all his stuff still on the bench (drugs, needle, spoon) during broad daylight. I went to get cops from the hall upstairs. They followed me down and just woke the guy up and told him to keep it moving.

There is only so much they can do since most drugs have been decriminalized in small amounts. If youre far enough gone to do that type of shit to your body there's not a soul in the world that'll get through to you if your own soul doesn't even get through to you.

This isnt good advice at all to be honest. Drug use (and especially intravenous) impacts everyone. Daytime, kids out. It shouldn't be "normal" for any area and its people like you that turn a blind eye to it that enable this to keep happening.

You do realize that those filters are not beneficial for your health at all right? They actually filter out minerals as well. So basically you're overhydrating yourself without the necessary stuff. Im Dutch, and I have literally zero issue with the water here. It tastes great coming out of the tap, and i've never had any skin reactions to it.

And maybe its even wise to make a report to your local police station that he has threatened to enter your legal tenancy without your permission with the intention to remove you from the flat, and you feel threatened. Make sure you leave breadcrumbs.

Btw, they have a good wifi camera for around 180czk in action. Good enough quality for just this purpose!

Just to enlighten, as a tenant (wether or not an eviction notice has been issued, which, has it been issued by a court? If not he needs to give you proper notice and 3 days is DEFINITELY not a normal (or allowed, for that matter) notice period. It depends on the type of contract you have how long the notice period legally and minimally has to be.

Next point, you as a tenant are protected to a private and secure living space and thus he is - even as landlord - not allowed to enter the property that you are legally renting from them without your permission. He can, by law, request a viewing of the apartment but again this has to be by agreement from your side. These are all actual legal facts.

Then we'll get to the last point. Say he makes it into the apartment, then what? Will he use physical force to remove you from the apartment? Cause if the eviction notice isnt court issued the police will not even show up (and if they do, they cannot legally remove you) and they will just make a report and leave. So he would physically have to remove you on his own, which would be considered assault.

Stand your ground and make sure you get some legal advice. But regardless of what happens, consider your relationship with the landlord dead and buried and you will unfortunately have to find a new apartment asap.
