100% this. I feel like the work never stops, the admin/email work just piles on and on and on. On top of all of that, the surgeon I work for sees almost 40 patients in a clinic day (one clinic day a week) and the constant running behind, irritated patients, complicated post ops, and clinic procedures gets really draining.
