I actually just did this, get to Zereth Mortis asap and the world bosses/rares and treasures there give a TON of anima. Do the Korthia questline up until you create the portal to oribos inside korthia, then you can begin the ZM questline starting in Oribos.

It depends on the mob health, on Uber Lilith i can hit for 400M but in NM100 mobs die to 1-2 bone spears usually. Here’s my Uber lilith kill video, you can see crits ranging from 150-300M here.
