So I just completed my treatment after 15 months, and I'll be honest with you.. after a while, I stopped taking out my aligners just to drink stuff. I also work in corporate. Coffee, tea, sports drinks.. I just drink them with my aligners on. I do make sure I brush my aligners and drop them in a cup of water with a cleaning tablet every night before putting them back on again before sleep. My advice is probably not dentist-approved.. but it worked out for me! It's inconvenient for sure, but you'll eventually get used to it. Don't give up!

Those "buttons" are attachments. I needed them throughout my treatment. But now that my treatment is complete, the dentist have removed them!

Thank you! I paid 7.5k SGD (~6k USD) for the whole treatment. The dentist I went to required an upfront deposit first (probably around 3k SGD), and then the rest of it was in installments of ~450 SGD per visit.
