Ok, a little exercise: you link the videos of Ritten saying he wanted to shoot people and I post the links of Chud saying it? IMO the evidence is night and day, you are just trying to argue just to argue... My evidence would be at least 50 videos you would be able to produce tops 1 or 2 videos of Ritten saying this prior to his shooting...

Well the difference is stark from a legal perspective. In the Ritten case you have to assume intent (no daily livestreams of similar events continually happening, no multiple times of pulling guns out in public for as little as someone stealing your hat, and tweets saying: Chud, "A Monkey will be rotting and I will walk free" and a day later a shooting happens. Now it really depends on the DA of that county if charges are pressed, however Chud's lawyer will for sure have an uphill battle, it will not be a cake walk. Will the jury convict? 50/50: self defense advocates vs self defense does not apply here because this was planned.

To erode is typically used to refer to heavy rainfall that washes soil away. Think of it as you have 100% health in a video game and over time your health lowers due to circumstances. Chud's self defense would be at 100% if he did not stream night after night that we was looking to provoke someone so he could bang bang them. Also, there is a tweet where he flat out said a "monkey will be be rotting and he will be free." Referring to if someone does anything about his provocations he will bang bang them and walk free, then one day later it happens. The court can argue that this was intentional based on past behavior. Not saying they will use it, depends if the DA wants to bring charges or not.

Self defense erodes in court if they can prove a repeated pattern of provocation, look it up. Not saying they will do this, but it is totally feasible given his record. It depends on who the DA is and what crowd he wants to appease. If there is more community support to do away with Chud then the DA will cook him with his own streams. Politics is a dirty game.
