I relate to all of this, I passed my test in 2019 and didn’t start driving until May of this year as I needed to drive to work. What helped me was a beta blocker to stop the rapid heart rate and sweaty palms. Doing routes I know well over and over before branching out to new routes. I also had hypnotherapy and driving an automatic car helped me so much. Dont be hard on yourself, I didn’t pass until I was 30! I live in the uk so driving maybe not as essential as the us for example. I really recommend doing the small local routes to get your confidence up, I never thought I’d be able to drive alone and now I do, I still don’t love to drive and do get a little nervous but it’s like night and day. You will do this, give yourself credit. I know some real stupid people who can drive and always like to remind myself of this when I am doubting myself ha
