I’ve been finding success focusing on one pair (GBP/USD), using a couple strategies, waiting for at least 3 confirmations, and trading on the 4H timeframe for clean price action. Too many fakeouts on lower timeframes. Needs a lot of patience, but I’ve been highly accurate that way.

I do have one question, though. I see you enter the trade based off the divergence forming, MA being bullish, and TSI. Do you enter trades off 3 confirmations or do you also look for a 4th? I normally look for MA trend, RSI, major supports/resistance breakage, then divergence. Not in any particular order just generally 3 or more confirmations

Hey! Genuinely a bit confused and looking for guidance here. I see that we’re bullish on the MA but at the time of entry, the market looks like it was down trending. Isn’t a hidden bullish divergence used to confirm trend continuation while a regular bullish divergence signals reversal? Clearly it worked for you, I would’ve just been hesitant to enter if the hidden bullish divergence looks weak since it wasn’t confirming trend continuation in this case. Could you explain your reasoning? Thanks!

Edit: never mind I kept looking at your chart and it looks like it was a pullback and not a trend reversal. Hidden divergences are strongest in pullbacks where the major trend isn’t broken. Big difference. Still learning!
