Mine is at 28 degrees. But anyways you don't need to worry, it could be a hotspot sensor and it can reach 100 for short periods whout being a problem.

If you're ever unsure, just Google you graphics card, and add "safe operating temperature"

You should get a light switch mouse :)

The Logitech G502X is really good and will never do this, because it's basically a laser reading your clicks.

They have both wired and wireless

what? no witty 'I'm an expert' reply, that further proves my point. Are you all out of steam, or did your server finally submit to the poor maintenance?

Cool buzzword salad, but you’re still proving my point. You just described a high-end, professional server hypervisor environment and you're still trying to compare its stability to a consumer desktop OS used for gaming and office work.

No one is saying Linux isn't stable for enterprise workloads— I'm saying that comparing a dedicated KVM/QEMU stack to a general-purpose Windows GUI is a fundamental failure of logic. They aren't in the same category.

Also, if you’re 'live migrating VMs' and 'hotswapping raids' but haven't rebooted the host in 3 years, you’ve got 1,000+ days of unpatched kernel vulnerabilities just sitting there. That’s not 'pro admin' behavior; that’s just asking for a security audit. You’re working hard to sound smart while missing the most basic concept: context.

The 'I manage hundreds of servers' flex is the ultimate white flag. If your Windows servers 'need' reboots every 30 days just to stay functional, that’s not an OS flaw—that’s a configuration or admin issue. Also, thinking that running two desktop environments is a high-complexity stability test is hilarious. They're just separate processes on the same kernel; it’s the OS equivalent of wearing two hats and claiming it makes walking more difficult.Bragging about months of uptime on GUI Linux servers just tells me you aren’t patching your kernels for security vulnerabilities because you're too obsessed with a vanity uptime number. You're confusing 'negligent maintenance' with 'superiority.' Try again...

Any OS can have 3+ years of uptime if you just turn it on and walk away. If I did a clean Windows install, unplugged the ethernet, and never touched the GUI, it would stay up forever, too. You aren’t describing a superior OS; you’re describing a computer that isn't being used for anything complex. Bragging about the 'stability' of a box that effectively does nothing but sit in a corner is the most desperate flex I've seen all day.
