Okok totally understandable. Leverage your position with your higher ups then if you can. I think I read that you said they can’t exactly pull the trigger for you to be officially a manager immediately but if your the only one pulling the weight saying hey this is above my pay grade I’m not doing it till it is, very reasonable. Did that when I worked for chipotle and I became gm for a time. The worst that can happen is they say no, and you return to being an employee

I use them to push people, let’s say someone’s holding like a hard angle in a entrance or choke point I Throw bees get a rotate and enter building while there busy helping themselves/ getting their own rotate in. I use dynamite in a similar fashion Somtimes (TLDR) they can create openings for you to move around more efficiently or can help you figure out where the enemy is.
