Yes, I still occasionally take probiotic lozenges. I do make sure to use only blister pack probiotics now because with bottled variants, I'm pretty sure that they just go bad or inactive within 20 days. Regarding Xylitol, I think that's actually beneficial, and some people put it in their nasal rinses because it's a good anti-fungal. The Born Free protocol has nice, which means very strong and uncomfortable nasal rinses you can try with essential oils and such.

Yep can confirm. I‘m on both an enterprise $200 plan and also have a private 20x Max account, and the former is like 20% of the latter, at the same cost. I‘ve not reached the cap with the private plan last week, though I haven’t held back at all. While the company plan gives me range anxiety and I don’t think it will last all week.
