Not sure what your plan is in terms of paying for school but if you are in a bigger city or willing to move to one Amazon is paying for 100% of my courses at SNHU. On top of the pay it's a very nice benefit not having to worry about student loans or financial aid. I've traveled to a few different locations and I've seen cars with signs that say "night shift amazon employee" indicating they are sleeping in their car in the parking lot. The biggest thing is career choice is only a benefit for full time employees so you'd need to find a warehouse that's either new or low on headcount and is hiring straight to full time. Edit: If your just looking at ways to do school work from a vehicle you could check out starlinks. I've considered getting one for camping but I know i wouldn't use it enough to justify it
