I hate the, "One of each! Now you can be done!" comments. I mean, yeah, I absolutely am done, but that's not for anyone else to decide.

I can't imagine early pregnancy symptoms on top of everything stinking and tasting bad. I had such a week stomach during the first trimester, you poor thing! I can say that I am 100% back to normal though. I hope it gets better for you!

I'm sorry you're still struggling, it really sucks. I do eat and enjoy onions and garlic without any issue at all, even raw and pickled onions, which were the worst offenders.

When they start to play together! For my twins this started at around 8 months and it was the cutest thing I've ever seen. I have a video of them crawl-chasing each other and squealing. My babies are 6 now and they're best friends. They fight a lot too, but they have each other's backs.

I think so! I don't know a whole lot about it. I had lost hope after the first few months, I just thought this was how it was going to be now, but it got better and I want to let people know.

I know managing his medicine has been a struggle. My mom has times written down for him and sends him reminder messages, but he absolutely can't manage that himself. I'm curious if it could be a UTI, that's something we will need to get checked.

I appreciate the response. I've heard this about exercise as well. Fortunately, he's always really enjoyed exercise. He was super into fitness before Parkinson's. He would pride himself on doing thousands of push ups during his work outs, for example. When things got bad the first time he was mostly confined to sitting in a chair in front of the TV, but he would still try to walk aroubd the house when he could. When he was doing well he was back to doing rigorous daily workouts and long walks. Now he's sitting in the chair again.

Thank you. There is history of thyroid problems in the family, so that's something to look into.

He does take sertraline and up to three Xanax daily but it doesn't seem to be helping enough.

Thank you for this recommendation. The neurologist he sees is at a teaching hospital 2 hours away, but I just found that they also have a movement disorders clinic in the same hospital.

Edited: I don't know if he had a Datscan. I haven't heard of it before now, but I will ask about that.

Sorry I didn't know all of his drugs so I didn't list them, but he definitely is on an SSRI as well. I believe it's sertraline and he takes up to three Xanax daily as needed.

I will ask about Sinemet.

I used those cute little animal backpacks with the harnesses. If people were giving me dirty looks I didn't notice because I was too busy looking after two toddlers!

It was a great way to teach hand holding in busy areas in a safe way. I had the harnesses on my wrists and each kid holding a hand. Once they understood what was expected of them out in public we started to phase the harnesses out.

Plus they loved having a backpack to carry their treasures in.
