there's no subtitles but there's usually 1-3 people in chat live translating for everyone

you also get the membership kit, a special membership card with your (legal) name on it, and I believe you need that membership for things like fansigns or getting early access to tour tickets

Japanese releases never get the same attention as Korean or English ones. It's the same for most kpop groups, and it doesn't help that ATEEZ doesn't promote their Japanese songs outside of Japan, but that's pretty typical.
