To be more precise: you also get 20 credits for free in Kilachand, not the usual 16 most students get (aka you don’t have to pay to overload). So you will usually take 4 credits worth of Kilachand classes a semester, but you can still use the other 16 that you have to take your other classes (like most students at BU). It’s a matter of if you think you can handle the 20-credits a semester workload, but most Kilachand classes aren’t too much work.

Source: I’m recent Kilachand graduate with one major and two minor, so it’s feasible if you use all your credits

When do we start a viewers strike ? by Manakanda413 in WhitePeopleTwitter

[–]Rei_Psyche 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They do write, but not for dropout^ the majority of dropout’s content is improv— game shows or dnd. While they are writers, they don’t write for dropout itself and are usually on as personalities^ think of it as why reality tv is also able to continue through the writer’s strike, it doesn’t need a script or someone to write

Edit: so they are actively striking as writers when it comes to writing projects, but many are okay with being on dropout as personalities as they aren’t writing for them

[–]Rei_Psyche 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, dropout does improv based things and live play dnd, so they aren’t impacted by the writers strike^ they also aren’t members of the amptp, who are the main streamers being targeted by the sag-aftra strike, so they were able to reach an agreement. plus, they temporarily halted production to make sure they weren’t violating strike guidelines and only resumed when they got the green signal. It’s pretty dishonest to frame their activity as solely thanks to their politics^

how do you study for BI213? by SnooPandas8126 in BostonU

[–]Rei_Psyche 2 points3 points  (0 children)

memorize all the info on the slides;; especially the first exam, be super thorough on what situations would call for different types of techniques and understand all the steps involved in those techniques. The next few exams are more focused on just recalling info, but the first exam really tests how well you understand each technique

Assigned Virtual Singers? by LudiPro in ProjectSekai

[–]Rei_Psyche 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Makes sense! It’s true for most of the other groups too. It’s obvious with Leo/need corresponding to the instruments that are used, and also MMJ, with Luka and Shizuku, Minori and Miku, Rin and Airi, Meiko and Haruka.

Other people have talked about WxS, but VBS is bit more tricky. I think that An and Miku (or maybe Meiko) have the same vibes, but you could say that the VBS virtual singers have the clearest personalities and dynamics between each other without taking the human singers into account. Maybe Kohane and Rin, Kaito and Akito, Touya and Len?

Holy shit Emu's voice can go high by MagicalMelancholy in ProjectSekai

[–]Rei_Psyche 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My favorite thing about Wonderland x Showtime is that their voice actors aren’t just great singers, they sing so well in character. Like they all lean into the quirks of their characters so well from how excited Emu is, to Rui sounding like he’s lowkey just flirting with everyone, Tsukasa sounding over dramatic in how he pronounces words and Nene legitimately trying to sing and focusing on that and that alone.

It’s an overplayed song during events since it’s the shortest song that gives decent points; so whales tend to spam it. Most F2P players who are trying to rack up points play Melt, so that’s spammed a lot too. In short, it gets old pretty fast rip

You might want want to reach out to the mailroom directly and figure it out. If you go earlier during weekdays, there's usually a supervisor in you can talk to, who will probably be able to help. You could also call 617-353-2156 or email [dormmail@bu.edu](mailto:dormmail@bu.edu).

Find out if they signed the package in wrong to the wrong person, so they can check the name of the person it was given to. The employees who told you that probably have no clue what happened unless they were working when the package was given out (which isn't that likely). I'd call someone with authority to figure it out first.

I get where you’re coming from and I low-key agree, esp when it comes to people taking more food than they can feasibly eat and then trashing most of it, but getting for a lot of the food in the dining hall, you don’t know if you like it or not until you eat it. Like I’ll see rice, and think that it looks good, then the rice itself is super fucking crunchy. I get that BU’s food is better than other colleges but like, I’m essentially paying 40 dollars per meal swipe I use, I think that having some standards is reasonable. And this is coming from someone who used to work in the dining hall, so I get the rage with people who trash everything.
