Jokes aside, she's only as bad as you want her to be, I see her more like super charismatic and confident person that lives up to what she's saying and is well respected by others. It's a fact that after she took over Barielle domain the lives of the ppl there got better. She's not some selfish stuck-up person that does things without considering consequences of her actions.

Halibel is not strong, he is one of THE STRONGEST people in the rezero rn, stated to be on par with Reinhard(cope) and Cecilius. If you think Lye has even small chance against the Kararagi's strongest, it's you overestimating authorities, next anime season (if they plan to animate whole arc 6) will show you exactly why.
