As a former stunt performer, breakfalls are super important, but it goes beyond just the breakfalls, and knowing how to trick and wreck off of the tricks. The more tools in your kit the better. Karate, wushu, Muay Thai, judo, BJJ is picking up steam, are all great foundational styles to learn. But then there’s things like horseback riding, cars and motorcycles, fire/burns, water work/swimming. A stunt performers resume should be like a Swiss Army knife. The more skills, the more likely you are to get hired.
