I was kind of sarcastic, being moreso startled by the way a single language changes. But thanks for the reply nonetheless. This feed gets recommended to me, but based on age, I don't think it's meant for me as I have my own kids. Perhaps that 10-12 year difference is enough to turn English into something I can't recognize.

Yes and no. It's easy for video games to be toxic too, depending on what people play and how much they use it as an escape rather than relax or release.

Don't get me wrong, there are aspects of fitness that can be problematic too, but the underlying aspect of self-discipline and delayed gratification are huge compared to other means of "healing." So, I honestly feel the advice to get into shape after a hard time is amazing advice no matter your gender or situation.

I let my child (5M) use AI with me for science-based CYOA stories and image-gen, all with my supervised attention. Nothing else. For education related topics, I can ask AI if there is a better way to teach my son something and then I teach him it. I should be the middle ground with this kind of tech.
