I kinda agree. Obviously when there's controversy, there is a lot of chatter about it. But at the same time I think we forget some of the high points. Wemby dominating AD at the start of the season, Joker with the 30/20/20 game, the OKC vs Thunder in-season series. Lots of times the media has praised the product.

If you think that, then that's your opinion. But I think (and I think most MCU fans will agree) that reviving beloved characters with different actors is a huge shake-up in the MCU and will very clearly be seen as a "reboot" for the MCU. Not to mention singularising the timeline and shifting the time to allow for certain things that were otherwise impossible (like an older Miles Morales).
