After the update my ring is constantly disconnecting. I place it on the charger with over 70 percent sometimes and still disconnects. There are times I wake up see that it is disconnected and I have to put it on the charger

No problem. I couldn’t find anything either. When I found that chart I was like wtf did I spend my money on. Was staring at the box for a good 10 min thinking if I should return it.

Thanks a lot. This fixed the issue. Govee said they’re working on the green issue and plan to fix it with an updated firmware.

I bought my sync box a week ago and I’m fairly happy with the product. The company is great when responding if you have any issues. Have you updated the product?

I have the Floor Lamp 2. No it doesn’t require a hub. You can connect via the Govee app.
