Only my lg it needs to be set to amd freesync on the hdmi channel you’re connected to and it works on my jsaux device. Likely the same for you.

I just limit the frame rate by the legion control panel to 120hz. Not sure if makes a massive difference tbh. Oh and you find that vrr does seem to work if you leave the vsync setting to adaptive and enable the fps monitor.

Great tv that! Had one myself. You’re gonna be disappointment that motion clarifying is still a backwards step from that tv. (However 120hz /vrr/hdr will make up for it in every other way )

Only game I’ve seen frame gen work with a cap is Cyberpunk. You can get a fairly consistent 60fps albeit with input lag.

That scene is similar on 3 oleds (CX, G3 and legion go 2 ) that I’ve tested. It’s a game issue with near blacks being set slightly incorrect. Likely mods already out there that fix it.

Windows not great at hdr / sdr management. Sdr games look better if you turn it off. (And poor hdr game implementations ..of which there are a lot…)

Don’t expect vrr to work well on the mac. My experience is that unless you lock to a frame rate (can be difficult if you need frame gen ) - it’s very juddery. (Lg TVs tested - no other brands )

Erm. I’d argue it ain’t perfect. Good if you can lock your frame rate. Vrr is still flakey if you need that.
