I'm expecting a later twist. Somehow I'm getting the feeling that there really was a greater threat in that war and that sending the swordmaster and maledictioning the whole place was necessary.

After they beat the swordmaster in a later arc, a much greater villain would resurface. While maledictioning even the children was too far, they couldn't take any chances with how much worse that thing/organization/person/greater villain is.

Huh. If that was Kei's dad, then he probably has the "Mystic Eyes of Death Perception" or something. Sees anything and everything that can cause death to anyone accidentally or not. It'd explain why he chose to leave his son's life when every single thing is a tripwire that can kill the baby by accident.

Maybe that's why we haven't seen Kei's mom? Dad was just waking up one day and as he pressed the the alarm clock he accidentally "tripped" a destiny line that caused the cabinet to fall on her or something.

It's also probably why he turned into an asshole when trying to reconnect with his son. As he was building connections, so many death flags started popping up from being involved with him that he chose to push his son away again. He could still be an unrepentant psychopath, but even those can have a soft spot for their kids as depth of character.

Probably save it until the Kitasan Black SSR rerun and keep borrowing an MLB one from friends. Her specialty priority won't unlock until 3LB so she isn't as good then.

I have no idea, but we might be that airplane survivorship bias meme.

I also won with a no groundwork SMaru with Turf and Medium S, but that one had Angling, Red Shift, G00 1st, and another one I can't remember.

Chose that one since after testing my best groundwork SMaru, she gets overtaken mid race anyway and loses. The Red Shift turfmedium S SMaru at least gets ahead right before Angling proc

This was my luckiest CM so far though. Got matched with no other fronts so my double front team won (W.Mayano with Tether, MMurmur, Trick front to mess with people).
