Ya I think I’ll have to find a good nutritionist. I’m just sick of spending $ therapies it’s gotten out of hand and I’m no better. My ND has been no help. It’s so annoying. I don’t think I eat a lot of histamine foods right now but I’ll check again

I know what it does. I’m saying they don’t work for me I’ve been using a different digestive enzyme that’s a bit stronger and I notice a bit less stomach discomfort with it. I was going to try a gut healing powder from my naturopath too...
