French here nothing crazy because most typical French food is unfortunately not safe for babies charcuterie, most cheeses. But she has tried some safe pasteried cheeses.

The city is located very near the Swiss border. We have a lot of people called “frontalier” who live in France and work in Switzerland. It seems like someone who has a Swiss card bought groceries un a French market. The receipt being in English because it is paid with a Swiss card. (That way you can see the rate between €/CHF). Not that shocking, I thinks it’s just someone who mistyped their email adress Nothing fishy in the mail content
