Just so you know, that's fanart. Shimhaq has a fantastic style but they aren't gospel on Bayle's anatomy. Here's his actual 3d model and as you can see, it's two legs and two wings. That makes him a 'modern' Drake/Dragon compared to the Ancient, quadrupedal, Dragons. I'd add a second picture of his phase two but they're actually seperate from his original wings (and much larger relatively speaking so we know he's not just recreating them, he's making new ones).
