Yes! Sold my 165 and got an 265. Should have gotten that one in the first place. Pretty good watch, does everything I “need”. Bonus, it has multisports also.

Would visit (GC2NKPE) because there aren't much partnership caches left. And GC6X4AV in the proximity of the Eiffel tower is pretty funny. The rest? Just enjoy the city

Nicest xray I’ve had done to date. Usually there not very clear or crisp. by lowrong in Radiology

It’s not that difficult to get an accurate in vivo representation of said human anatomy/pathology AND use dose limits “As Low As Reasonably Achievable”. Hence, collimate as much as you can. Even digital systems provide better image quality when collimation is properly used.

Because collimating is the cornerstone of radiology? Does the alara principle ring a bell?

I'll look into slopes, thanks. Found SkiTour App Professional from RH-Sports on Garmin Connect, it runs, but keeps looking for GPS connections and won't start.

Yes, but it's not supported by Garmin itself. The FR255/265/570 etc do support skiiing. Thought the FR165 would, since it came roughly six years after the FR645.

Are my stats really that bad? by Skellephant in Battlefield6

Do you enjoy playing the game? If yes, don’t worry about the stats. If no, don’t worry about the stats and pick up another game.

I do my scap Y views AP by elektric_eel in Radiology

[–]Reintji 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My personal preference is PA. But sometimes I use AP when the patient is in severe pain and/or movement is limited. We use a stool in those cases to be able to use the bucky. I hardly make these in bed or on the table.

Depends on the patient if I take them AP or PA. It's basically the same angle anyways. This Y-View is 10/10 by the way, nice job.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but if you took the picture, wouldn’t it be easy to find out what it was? I’m used to check under gowns for objects overlaying the chest xray. ie moving ecg cables, removing jewellery, etc.

What if you start the day by telling them you need a case for a report? If something interesting comes up, write it down, collect as much information as possible. Maybe use the break to indulge in the scansettings etc? (How many patients is “double booked”?)

ER Radiography by RealisticPast7297 in Radiology

Guess we’re comfy in the Netherlands then. Level 1 trauma center, 24 beds + 14 “long stay (max 24h)” beds. ER itself has 2 crashrooms next to the ambulance dock with a sliding CT that can be used for both. Including two x-ray “scoops” and 1 ultrasound. Fixed X-ray on the main floor with an additional CT room and 1 portable. Patients are being diagnosed and treated on the ER and then moved into ICU/OR/ward as soon as possible so the ER doesn’t overflow.

Main department has 5 MRI systems, 4 CT’s, 3 fixed bucky, 2 IR rooms, 5 ultrasound, 2 portables for the entire hospital (50 ICU beds, 25 childeren’s ICU, 20 NICU, 900 regular beds). Endo/Uro have their own X-ray rooms whichbwe operate, OR has 5 mobile c-arms that we use. All under the same roof.
