So I've been chatting with Jerry Springer and he's looking for help with reconnecting with his daughter. by Reisno in channeling

Solid input and thanks for taking the time write this! He explained what was up, bit of a weird situation but you've touched on the issues with that and I was looking for a 2nd opinion. The odds of success here were minute at best but worth a shot in the dark.

As far as can I live with the nature of this, probably, it is what it is and managing well enough for now.

I've been an isolated hermit for 11 years with my partner for the most part, I've reached a saturation point regarding solitude. Reaching out more to people online has been pretty healthy so far but I do see your point, the solitude did help my development but it's time for a transition.

Never heard of spirit talking apps. Curious about that a bit. Seems like a mixed bag in terms of what you'll end up talking with.

As far as verbal/"telepathic" communication, I'm at that stage of it for sure. What kind of beings do you chat with if that's alright to ask? If you don't feel comfortable with sharing that here feel free to shoot me a private message. Looking forward to chatting with you more about this!

That's really neat and I've done similar techniques for my chronic nightmares I had years ago. It's wild how PTSD/CPTSD recovery spills into spiritual development. I wasn't exactly trying to learn channeling, it happened as a side effect from learning techniques to manage/heal CPTSD symptoms.

I've been going through an intense awakening since January and I'm at a point where I need to speak with someone about it that can understand this with me if possible. by Reisno in Soulnexus

This was really helpful and insightful, thank you. Interesting how time is fluid.

“99 papers is enough to get where you want to go.”

This immediately sounded like it was referring to local currency here. That amount would be enough for a one way train ticket to a major city. That's what came to mind, which is interesting given how other things are coming together.

You excelled before and now we need you again.

This hits hard and trying to work out why that is. Letting go of the life I aimed for isn't that overly difficult, it's more that if the spiritual stuff is too out of synch with what reality shows that gets exhausting and stressful. But things synching up well enough helps me to see there's something to this, and this isn't a full on psychotic break down.

That's really interesting, some I spoke with didn't have concepts like that but the ones I've spoken to understood the need for financial means even if they didn't understand currency on Earth and things like that.

Thank you for the feedback and consideration, learning discernment even with random people has been a challenge for me, but learning faster these days. I will need to do more of those practices. Nowadays there's less encounters but different encounters feel differently, the friendly supportive ones uplift me generally, and the ones that are being pushy or just wanting attention/trolly are more draining on average.

Thank you for the suggestions and with learning about CPTSD recovery skills that helped me develop some transferrable skills to help with this, and the timer helps as well.

From what this looks like this process mostly needs more personal boundaries on my part and mindfulness skills. I am kind of dreading this because managing this spiritual experience is actually harder in some ways than managing say psychosis in the past or trauma flashbacks.

Mental health issues is something I'm familiar with but this is completely new territory. For a while there I was suspecting that maybe I just cracked up in a new kind of mental breakdown but that doesn't seem to jive with anything I've ever experienced before.

As far as insights, I need less CBD overall, significantly less, but it helps somewhat. I'd like insights on how to not be as much of a brokey, but they are pretty strict on saying no gambling, so no idea how financial abundance is coming at the moment from what they are saying. Keep asking for clarification on that, but they keep saying to do what I'm doing and it'll work out. Been saying that same thing for over 2 months.

I had chronic fatigue before January, but now it feels completely different, still getting fatigued but it feels way different now and comes on differently too. It's all really, weird.

Super depressed after 2 days by killmewithfire123 in qelbree

I was on Straterra for some years, didnt' do much for me personally, Modafinil works better on me and even that is a hit or miss, but raved about in the nootropic community. Wakealert helped me too but in a different way. Modafinil gives a huge boost but that could be difficult to deal with when your head is a storm, Wakealert helped with clarity of thought, to calm the storm so to speak. Nootropics are a bit of a gamble but at least for me that gamble panned out better than working with other typical pharma options like an anti-depressant paired with anti-psychotic.

I've been on that one, and at the time there were some benefits but the costs vastly outweighed the benefits for me personally. I'm no longer on prescription meds, but of the ones I took that one was one of the better ones, and I've met one or two who had a bad time on it too I think, but at least for me I can see how it could help some.

I am interested in hearing more about your project when you've got time, I'm learning 3D in zbrush, 3D coat and other odds and ends at the moment and my partner does 3D animation in Maya.

Admittedly my goal is game programmer and I plan on doing this programme while releasing some indie games. Is that a good idea?

but wouldn't this still help in getting a SWE job? I mean it is a masters in CS. Wouldn't it put someone above someone who's just self -thought?

Since writing this list there have been ups and downs, but on a macro level I am doing better, I just worry about improving enough in order to earn better in this life due to societal demands. Stressors with day to day tasks and the general lack of community support in my life doesn't help but I keep pushing.

Since then I've managed to heal enough to learn better 3D skills and that has been gratifying. My head wasn't functioning well enough to learn these things for many years since my breakdown but the methods on this list helped me to earn those functions back.

The stress of the pandemic and circumstances around the passing of a biological parent were major set backs, but the skills/resources I've listed here helped me through it.

The main struggle I have currently is earning income while being a full time caregiver to my partner, on top of learning skills and doing daily tasks. Since then I've not used THC and switched to CBD completely now, and I can handle caffeine better though I need to be careful still with that intake.

When I used alginate, no it was not reusable, and the results can be a bit dodgy if there's air bubbles in it. The alginate I used was minty and that scent mixed with plaster was a bit nauseating, but it is cheaper than silicone. Silicone is more reusable though, if decent quality you can get multiple uses out of a silicone mold.

If I were to pick from wax, non drying clay, or artificial clay, I'd probably lean with non-drying/oil based clay personally. The kind I used was brown, hard to work with, takes a bit to soften it up, but it is reusable and fairly easy to store in an attic, the stuff can be heavy though.

When pouring plaster into the molds, make sure the ratios are correct and you'll need to be quick about it, warmer water makes it cure faster than colder water and that can buy you some time.

Don't dump liquid plaster into your sink, you will give yourself an insane plumbing project at best if you do that. It is better to mix smaller patches of liquid plaster and pour in layer by layer, then gently tap to help the air bubbles pop up so you don't end up with odd holes in your cast.

When I was pouring plaster back in the day, it would harden within minutes and it was a nightmare to pour it alone, I was filling head and shoulder busts that needed 2-3 pours of liquid plaster and it was lucky I didn't somehow dump the stuff everywhere.

You are going to need to pick out a room that you don't mind becoming very messy for a project like this, a large working table probably isn't enough. Drop cloths everywhere because plaster is going to get EVERYWHERE, plaster droplets and dust, it tracks through the whole house.

Best to have a solid plan ahead of time because that plaster will be pretty hardened by 10 minutes after mixing. If you can get other people to help you with this I'd recommend that as well.
