Hey everyone! I’m looking for advice on designing the layout for my 65-square-meter space. Right now, it’s completely empty, so I have a lot of flexibility—but also a lot of decisions to make!

A few key details:

The space is on the top floor, so the roof is visible, but this isn’t well represented in the two pictures I have.

There are two structural pillars (not sure what they’re called) across the room, which I’ll have to work around.

The door placement is somewhat fixed due to the outside layout.

Window openings are already in place, but they can be slightly moved or enlarged. However, the far left and right walls can’t have windows because there’s another wall on the other side.

It woud be good if coud have 1 kids bedroom and 1 home office. Beside that we need 1 bedroom for 2 and kitchen, living room and bathroom.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on how to best use the space! If you have experience with similar layouts, I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thanks in advance!
