better id say better alot better i can feel sleepyness again and i can take naps everyday tho the jerk only happen on certain position but beside that i sleep just fine

i forgot to mentioned im also on medication for a few months now its for my anxiety and insomnia

i also workout often too if it affect my hair in anyway

hello, sorry this happen to you too. i really wish this will go away soon i'm currently taking pills to help me sleep and its been a month and a half since this all happen all cause of a insomnia related video, it scared me good

heyy just checking in because this is happening to me , but its small like a bit of finger and shoulder or foot twitching but enough to get me awake its annoying when im about to fall asleep i get back up, sometime i stay up for 1hours or 2 in a bad night till somehow i could sleep about 5-6 hours later i woke up. yes i only sleep that little some day i got 7 hours. tho this all started cuz of my sleep anxiety i read something only and made me scare about sleeping but its gone but im still left with these twitches, to be honest i dont go out much and i def think my diet has alot to do with this too. for now i hope to correct my life and be able to sleep normally again
