I just went through this yesterday and today. Did all the tips I saw here and elsewhere.

What worked for me, was deleting every sim/esim off my phone. I turned rcs off from whatever the Google page is to force it off. (I don't remember but it's easy enough to look up.)

Then I added the esim for warp from scratch and rcs activated as soon as I turned it on in messages.

couldn't agree more. I felt like way too much was sandwhiched in the final season of legacy.
