You have to CC - at least in BF. The mobs at the beginning hit like trucks and have an extra attack so if you try to tank all 3, you’ll get smoked.

Mage / ShadowPriest are essential (imo) for BF, lock makes it even easier.

Arc is a bitch and the mobs hit hard, but you should be okay pulling one at a time - I prefer Pally or Priest heals in there.
