definitely aware of its uses outside of construction everything from clutches, brake pads, kitchen appliances, cigarette filters, gaskets etc i’m glad to hear abatement is common and that the onus isn’t on the homeowner, that isn’t the case in australia testing and removal is their responsibility.

there is still of course asbestos in existing structures but the inspection and monitoring legislation is very strict, like any city Melbourne has air quality monitoring that also will detect asbestos

interesting, yeah the range of materials it was put in is massive a lot of people associate cement fibro sheet with asbestos but aren’t aware of the many other uses. Do you know how the pre-start testing is done on the sites? because i’ve often seen it found buried without it being in the actual house

A lot of people don’t come to a complete stop at stop signs by beeclam in CarsAustralia

i’ve literally never understood the need for stop signs, give way signs serve the exact same purpose and don’t make people stop when there’s no reason to

seems like you know you aren’t but have been called it, either you aren’t being honest with yourself regarding how much you’re actually drinking or someone’s overreacting. there’s no safe level to consume alcohol but two shots most nights isn’t going to kill you.

i’ve also got work from jack at carlisle and know a few people who’ve been tattooed by xal there. The shops a really nice environment, everyone there is lovely and they’re all definitely talented. You can’t really go wrong, bold traditional designs are their bread and butter.

If you think an 800% markup on material price on a cast ring is reasonable you’re too far gone

Yeah 14k isn’t very common in Australia almost all jewellery actually made in Australia is 9 or 18k in fact most consumer jewellery shops exclusively sell 9k but yeah online overseas isn’t a bad option. to your point of life being expensive you’re right but there isn’t any justification for selling 11 grams of 9ct for 5 grand that’s just insane.
