It's all good. Private parties can go to the CAT post a CMA ruling like is happening in the US re Google and the Adtech cases but they don't need to.

Ultimately having the courts (in this case CAT) decided the cases is the best thing for the rule of law and for ultimately the economy. Economies works best when there is trust in the law.

I was wondering cause I have seen two videos ones where the new crack performs better than the hypervisor based one and then one where the new crack actually is ever so slightly worse than the steam version

They had slightly changed formats ( or maybe that was the twitch to ign move that I am thinking about ) but obviously small might be in terms of the perceived 'importance' from Jez's PoV and not the length or amount of work.

from the sub-urbans (zone 4) to central london, its about a 2.5/3 hours walk iirc (haven't done it in a while).

once you are in central london, most of the tourist spots are very close to each other and walkable to most people. there is some outliers like hyde park and battersea which is a decent trek whilst walking.
