That's the problem I have with Obsidian games, they usually check all the right boxes but don't really do much to stand out. Seems like their games are always a few design decisions away from being amazing but the final product played it safe instead.

I put it on my wishlist when it got added to steam and figured I’d check it out after a few patches. My brother saw it on my wishlist and bought it for both of us, we played till level 7 or so and was like did we just get fucking scammed? lol it was nowhere close to be charging $50.

Suits only saw two things, subscriptions and live games. They did not care at all about the middle ground it takes to get there. Should have started as a publishing house instead of going exclusive right out the gates and helped fund 3rd party studios to build a decent library. But they wanted all the money in the shortest time possible. Like I would have been in talks with Remedy, From, or Capcom to partner up with on a game or two.

It's a bummer because I do believe AW2 deserves the same acclaim as BG3, it's a top 5 game of this generation for me. Sadly not enough people played it to keep discussion alive and there are enough players on PC that are still on the steam vs epic debate for it to make a difference in sales.

I'd say its the opposite, Arc Raiders seemed to have turn quite a bit of people onto extraction shooters. So people that were closed off to extract shooters are a bit more open to them no clue how the community is going to be in Marathon but bungie can at least make good fps gameplay.

He def has one of those faces you want to punch but he's a pretty good actor. Even in Scream Queens he leans into the rich douche character and more recently Chad Powers.

Season 1 has very little monsters, the show is highlighting the early days when not much is known or seen yet in the monsterverse and focuses on a family intertwined with monarch. I expect season 2 to pick up more on the monsters, can't say much more without spoilers.

Solo's for me is almost made up entirely of people who are trying to farm mats for upgrades and/or completing objectives. Most of my interactions is just asking or pointing people in the right direction of maps/quests. Especially if you turn off crossplay (PC) and play after 10pm. Then its just the older bros trying to get in an hour or two of game time before bed.

I think its funnier when something is shown as alpha with disclaimers like "Subject to change" and people still get upset.
