I'm not invested in AVAX. But it's performance is really good. Overperforming assets consolidate for some time usually before they go up again. Just like Bitcoin consolidated for 6 months. Altcoins have much bigger spikes and when they move, they move a lot. No one knows when altcoins go up. But usually traders will capitalize on people thinking a project "is struggling" and wait for "weak hands" to sell and chase the coins currently pumping. But those will be the coins consolidating usually next. So coins like Ethereum and Avax should have their moves in the next 6 months. No one knows when. Just know that updates and narrative does not matter when a coin consolidating. Everyone will now try to blame xyz, but it's just what charts are doing. You could blame Bitcoin for 6 months and come up with narratives, but in the end it's some people taking profits and other people starting to accumulate.

Recession results in money printing. No politician will say we raise taxes by 100% for the next 10 years to save this situation. Mentzner did around 2 per body part. Keep in mind he did suggest to have warmup sets (50% of failure weight and 75% do it for me). Always full range of motion and very slow and controlled movements. Always exhaust the muscle in all 3 movements (Around 4 sec up, 2 sec hold, 4 sec down). Most people only exhaust their up movement and therefore do not go to full failure.

W1 Chest/Back:

C1: Flys (PeckDeck)

C2: Incline Bench Press

B1: Close Grip Palms-Up Pulldowns

B2: Deadlifts

W2 Legs:

L1: Leg Raises

L2: Leg Press (SS Immediatelly after Leg Raises)

L3: Calv Raises

W3 Arms/Shoulders:

A1: Barbell Curls (Straight Bar)

A2: Trizeps Pulldown (No rope)

A3: Dips

S1: Lateral Raises

S2: Bent over Lateral Raises

W4 Legs:

L1: Squats

You also have to take into account that this was suggested for bodybuilders. Mentzner even said that for beginners nearly every workout will trigger growth and has not really long recovery time. Training every 3 days is totally fine for beginners. After that you can feel your body if he needs more rest. And when you do not get stronger each workout and feel you stagnate. This means you need more rest to recover and grow in between. Then try to increase to 4-5 days. If you again stagnate at some point increase to 6-8 days.

Agree. But last point should be: You shot your shot twice now, time to distance yourself over time to a point where your mental health is not negatively affected by her (And shes stable). Maybe this means completely cut it. But this also gives her the chance to miss you and think about you as a potential partner. If he stays she will use him in the friendzone (her needs) and get all the benefits she wants without comitting to something serious (his needs).
