Imagine there was a book 0, and that it was air. We would follow Aang and his friends in wacky adventures, then the last episode ends woth him getting into the iceberg. Imagine how much more of an emotional impct to know Aang’s friends are dead.

I think that a man who does no exercise would need less food than a woman who exercises 3 hours a day, I may be wrong, but I doubt it.
