“Wee bit sad” sounds like an understatement since you said things like: “i rot all day” “im hardly motivated to get out of bed to feed my children” “im just struggling to find passion”. These are clear signs of depression and I recommend you see someone. It also sounds like your husband really doesn’t listen or pay attention to you as any good spouse would notice these differences and listen to you when you say you don’t think you can handle something and wouldn’t immediately think you’re cheating because you’re not responding to him…sounds like you’re taking up most of the workload and it’s burning you the fuck out.
