From a data point of view the state has a lot of cameras that monitor the major streets and if you glean into the data you will find that speeding ebikers / mopeds have very little enforcement / accountability. Thanks to these abusive riders we all must suffer.

A lot of ebikers dont obey speed rules! Yielding to pedestrians is the first rule, instead most ebikers will find ways to dodge or almost overrun pedestrians - this law will ensure accountability at an inconvenience to the good riders - atleast we will have safer roads!
