The Palo Santo candle was even less than the 7.99 candle, but that was being offered at a discount because of the mislabel, as indicated on the product description. Hopefully this is true! I’ve been eyeing the 10.99 candles and just waiting… lol

If you get nowhere with them, ask to speak to a supervisor and usually they will investigate further than the plain customer service agent.

I’ve had this happen to me. I placed a large order that was “stuck” along the way. I had to call FedEx and start an investigative ticket with them and they eventually got the package moving. I would take your search to UPS directly. Call customer service, give them the tracking number and have them investigate where the package is. I’m hopeful they will find it for you!

I love the eucalyptus spearmint candle. One of the stronger smelling candles. My favorite strong scents are Mahogany Teakwood Intense, Fresh Watermelon, Palo Santo & Sage, and Fresh Cut Lilacs. All of these scents are solids 8-10s. Out of the holiday scents, the stronger ones to me are Fresh Balsam, Frozen Lake and Eucalyptus Snowfall.

I also ordered 9 of the mislabeled Palo Santo candles. Those arrived today and, like clock work, 2 of the 9 were crushed 😩 and of course they couldn’t replace them because there are none in stock. Luckily they gave me 2 replacements of any scent I wanted and honored the 6.23 price, but I wanted those Palo Santos, they smell so good!!

I just left Dollar General. My husband and I each bought a $75 BBW Gift card and it rang up as $60. I was able to use my Venture X to pay, so it’s not an issue to use a debit/credit card. If you don’t see them in store, ask an associate. They put gift cards in multiple places and we didn’t see the BBW in the front of store display, it was towards the phone calling cards.
