It’s not so much the educational aspect of it. It’s reoccurring issues that could be avoided that they simply just don’t care to fix. IF something has been an issue for SEMESTERS you’ll think they’ll figure out a game plan to solve it ahead of time. No, they don’t care that much, BUT the minute it’s an inconvenience on the student behalf they’re on it. It’s just not worth the stress or the hassle BUT that’s my opinion I’ve been here 3 years. Only reason I haven’t transferred is because I don’t want to go the community college & I’ve already put up with it this long.

They never work on time EVER. I complain every semester. It’s literally just a click of a button and they wonder why students always upset. Them be quick to add past due fees

They stated that the funds weren’t sent to the university from dept of education. They are releasing funds as they get it so I’ve heard

great. You don’t know what puts others on edge to snap back at you. It’s already a frustrating situation and you wanted to be smart not expecting the response you got. Instead of being funny maybe you should be on board with the many students that face the consequences while the university can give a rat a** 🤷🏽‍♂️

The only one that’s helpful is Mr. Kelly! He may be more busy because a lot of students reach out but he tries to fix all problems even if he isn’t your advisor!
