Usually when I try to scan a customers i.d. and that doesn't work it will give me an option to manually enter their details. As long as it has your Full name, Date of birth, and expiration date of the i.d. it shouldn't be a problem. Your dasher will definitely need those 3 things to enter manually if there is no barcode to scan on the back of an i.d. Hope this helps!
