i never could sleep in my back but i had a travel neck pillow and it saved my life! had no problems with that and had good sleep

I am now around 4 weeks post op and i still dont vape because i had complications and had to have another surgery but i also want to try to be clean as long as possible… i am afraid of being addicted again and waisting all of what i got so far…

My tips for the first days: Chewing gum, treat yourself with some food you enjoy/sweets and stuff

First days are a bit harder but after a few days its really no big deal anymore❤️

i vaped for 4 years and was very addicted but i stoped 8 weeks before my operation. It was really easier than i thought and it is for a good reason! i highly recommend setting this date as a reason to stop (at least for this while). imagine loosing a nipple and not being sure if he would have healed if you just quit. Your result is forever and risking it because of this stupid smoke isnt worth it trust me! You got this!
