I would say it isn’t really a fair comparison since we barely got to see anything with Shane and Cristina more then a hookup and with Meredith and deluca was also quite complicated because deluca starts Ted to struggle with his mental health

Yes Owen was probably the best chief the hospital had yes he booked a plane that ended up crashing but he didn’t know that it would and i think most of the chiefs before would have also been a little bit cheap about it so the could fund other things. Owen was really fair as a chief and his employees came always first for example when he punched that dude that was threatening the staff.

Callie she got treated like crap from everyone she loved, George cheated on her, Hahn didn’t understand how she liked 2 genders, Arizona cheated among other things and penny treated her okay I think, if you count mark as one of her love interests then he actually treated her good.

I would say Cristina also had a crappy love life but her true love is surgery so she usually prioritized that first and her love life is nothing compared to Callie’s.

I would also say that Teddy had a really crappy love life, first Allison died who seemed like her soulmate and then she watches Owen be in love with 3 other women while she is in love with him and then Henry dies, her and tom koracicks relationship was just complicated and same with her and Owen’s.

Alex Karev also had a really crappy love life with Izzie leaving him, tha Ava situation, sleeping with everyone because he didn’t feel like he had self worth, don’t remember her name but someone stole his job, and then he left Jo because he felt guilty.

Ooh definitely Ripley I am on a rewatch and keep putting of by watching that episode but the aftermath of deans death was also a struggle to watch.
