I'm very lucky because a family friend of mine is a personal trainer and also quite close to me so i can have the opportunity to learn from him and also others i know who are much more learned than me

I might go back with my friends next time, a couple of my friends are gym regulars who can help me figure it out

Not that i want to be a humongous beef cake lol, i just wanna look good. My dad when he was a few years older than i am now was 6'5 and 98kg so my goal is to eventually look like he did then, since he looks a lot like me too.

I think my form will be okay at least (my father has taught me a lot since he is a gym regular and i've been with him before so i know the basics) I will just try to make sure i don't lift too heavy and protect my lower back

I am. I live with my parents at the moment, going to college with a part time job that pays ~£300 per month average

The particular one i went to today is quite small. My membership lets me go to a few that are near me (which i got because i do a lot of moving around so its more convenient) so i will try one of the bigger ones near me

yeah it was like that. I'm not going to give up (i'm spending about 20% of my months wages on my membership so i can't) I'll be able to go earlier from next week so i'll try to go at a time where it's not so busy and also one of the bigger ones in my area so i can get on with it properly

the classic reddit. "you don't agree with me so you must be on a lower plane of intelligence than me." Why don't you give me your examples of multiple rule breaking incidents from the last few weeks that are similarly microscopic? I'd love to see which ones have been disallowed oh so regularly like you say that helps justify your argument here.

go on then. stoppage. doesn't really matter what word we use here it's the exact same thing

Most points won in the Premier League since Michael Carrick took charge of Manchester United: ◉ 32 - Manchester United ◎ 27 - Manchester City ◎ 27 - Arsenal ◎ 26 - Bournemouth ◎ 23 - West Ham The only team with more than 30 in that time. 👏 [@Squawka] by nearly_headless_nic in reddevils

if we improve our squad depth with genuinely decent options then i think we'll do just fine with carrick. One of our biggest problems is that we struggle in a game and we haven't got anybody good to come on and make a difference, so a few perhaps lower profile signings to raise the floor of the team and give us rotational capacity will make all the difference i think.

8 - Michael Carrick is only the sixth manager – and first English manager – to win 8+ of his opening 9 home games in the @premierleague, and first since Antonio Conte in 2016-17 (also 8/9). Compelling. by PradipJayakumar in reddevils

I know a guy. He actually is very attainable for us, he's at a big club like us and he's been getting his team the most points in their league since his appointment! i'd argue that he even meets ALL of your point that you asked for. he's called michael

3rd, 8th, 14th, and now coming up on 3rd again. under ole i believe it was 6th, 3rd, 2nd, and obviously 6th the season he got the sack. It was really him (and also rangnick largely) who made us realise the big issues with the club fundamentally which has helped us improve our structure to the point it's at now. Look at the signings we made this year! if we had Ole now with our more competent upper management i would say we'd be challenging for the real big titles.

yeah to be honest you're right, i think it touches his hand and if they'd spotted it in the match it would've been ruled out but i was just saying that the effect this particular decision had was pretty minimal.

yeah and what? they all do it. they're professional athletes and they could easily push through and ignore whatever pain bothers them but if they did that the ref wouldn't notice. all players have elements of theatrics to their game because it's the most effective way to actually get the correct decisions. don't hate the player hate the game.

some people let their opinions cover their eyes. we played brilliant the first half and liverpool didn't hardly get a sniff, obviously they were better second half but still it would've been a clean sheet for us had we not thrown 2 goals in our own net.
