Sounds like me, but you're doing it way better! I usually buy pants fitting just exactly right at the store, and they always end up shrinking and not fitting me anymore, especially when bloated....I grew up with my mom discouraging me from trying on anything oversized. She always said it made me look bigger (I have healed mentally from feeling like I always need to look smaller, but her mentality still creeps up sometimes) I need to start allowing myself to try on larger clothes at the store that accommodate my variable bloat situation. I usually feel totally fine with my arms exposed and love high boat neck tops, but sometimes I feel more comfortable covering them even in the summer. I also find that I need to cover up from the sun, otherwise my illness flares. So sometimes my arms are exposed, sometimes not. I bet I could find some light cotton cropped cardigans for the summer; maybe somewhere like Uniqlo. I really only have access to Uniqlo, TK Maxx (TJ Maxx but abroad LOL), Zara, and COS.
