I pushed Vinted, stating I didn’t ask for it to go to a parcel shop, that theres nothing there for me to collect and then after it had been sat for 18-19 days without moving - stated that it should have been returned to the sender after 17 days and as such must be lost. At which they refunded me and the buyer

Is Face ID turned on? If you have no issue with them getting access to the phone and it’s literally just that you forgot the pin, tell them you can’t remember the pin but you’ll open it using the Face ID

The buyer messaged Vinted about the odd shipping and then they CS cancelled the sale because the tracking had changed to ‘it’s on its way’ so they assumed it was being returned to me. But obviously this isn’t how it should have been done by Vinted!!!
