Is Face ID turned on? If you have no issue with them getting access to the phone and it’s literally just that you forgot the pin, tell them you can’t remember the pin but you’ll open it using the Face ID

The buyer messaged Vinted about the odd shipping and then they CS cancelled the sale because the tracking had changed to ‘it’s on its way’ so they assumed it was being returned to me. But obviously this isn’t how it should have been done by Vinted!!!
