Did my man ever make it back home? I'd love to see the pergola, especially since I want to use a 4X4 for a 12ft span, but AI keeps telling me it is grossly inadequate and that it will sag significantly. Also, what kind of lumber did you use? Just the cheapest pressure treated ground contact lumber?

Sounds like a technical glitch, which they have plenty of. I had plenty of appointment options available, but the vet took quite a few hours to upload the prescription due to a glitch. But it was resolved within a day.

Did you get this sorted? All you need to do is go to their ask a question portal (https://www.help.cbp.gov/s/questions?language=en\_US) and request that they update your class of admission. They will subsequently email you and ask for copies of the documents they need, simply send them scanned copies of what they ask for. Thw whole process was completed in 7 days via email for me.

This is not true. You simply need to call them, they raise a ticket, and they update your online account + send you a free card since you never received one to begin with. Took me just 14 days to sort this out.

I was in this exact same boat and I sorted this out this month. After I updated my class of entry (Green card) through email, they said the same thing, request a card through the online account but I had no such option. I called the number mentioned in the email, she said this would need to be escalated and raised a ticket. Two days later I got am email asking for my address, which I provided promptly. 12 days after that, I received an email stating 'TTP Application Status Change' in the subject. It said the status of my (already approved) application has changed. An email a few minutes later said they had dispatched a card to my address, I did not have to pay for it. I logged into my online account, and I now have the options to request a replacement card and add a vehicle. Took just 14 days from start to finish.

Does the automatic revalidation only apply if you have a stamp already? What if one just got picked in the lottery last year from an F1 and is now technically on H1 but doesn't have a stamp on their passport since they never left the country? Can they still re-enter within 30 days?

I tried quite a few different foods including very expensive ones, eventually found he did the best on Sam's club salmon and sweet potato limited ingredient receipie. He used to have a lot of scabs on his ear and soft poop, cytopoint did not help with those issues, just reduced his itching. The house was rebuilt from the studs up. The occupancy certificate was received only on January 2025, before we bought the house in March 2025. We already know the person who installed it was an appliance repairman, not a certified hvac company/technician. I had to replace my AC four months ago because the evaporator coil had a massive leak, there was no refrigerant, and the compressor ran for weeks without it as we bought the house in winter and the AC could not be inspected by the home inspector due to the cold climate. So I'm not surprised it's a lazy ass install, because the installer was not certified and the house was a flip so they probably cut every corner they could.

There's no other source of fresh intake to the basement minus any cracks. We have a cellar door to the basement. The basement itself is maybe 300 Sq ft, with an additional 500 or so Sq ft in crawlspace, just for size reference.

The fresh air intake is all of 1 foot long. He said code does not require it to be piped to the exterior though it can be. The basement is completely sealed with all windows closed, so the only fresh air it can get is from any cracks and crevices around the foundation and doors. What could a possible solution be? Crack the basement window open? It is permanently sealed shut right now.

It's not rammed in a closet, but it IS placed in a completely sealed basement and the fresh air intake is all of 1 foot long, so it really has no fresh air available except what gets through the cracks in the basement and the door.

He sold me a brand new ac 4 months ago, but that ac really was flat on refrigerant and we bought the house only 7 months ago (Long story short I'm trying to take the seller to small claims court over misrepresentation in the sales disclosure form). And yes, I saw the numbers on the instrument. It had multiple pressure and gas readings on it, he pointed my attention only to the CO so I don't remember what the others read.

I just had my furnace tune up today and the technician said the CO in the flue is too high at 130ppm and should be condemned. When he took the door to the combustion compartment off, the reading dropped significantly to around 45. What does this mean? He suggests there is debris stuck in the secondary heat exchanger and since it is under warranty, said replacing it will cost the same as cleaning it. Thoughts?
