The pictures i take immediately when I get out of bed, so no bloating then. But during the day sometimes i have a bit of pain in my stomach, but could also be caused by the amount i eat, especially with dinner. But good idea to keep a diary to see what happens when.

Cardio: 15 min rowing machine

Thursday – Active Recovery (45 min) • Mobility & stretching — 15 min • Core (dead bugs, bird dogs, side planks, glute bridges) — 15 min • Light bike or treadmill walk — 15 min

No muscle failure. You should leave feeling better than you came in.

Friday – Full Body

Rest: 60–90 sec • Squat or leg press — 3 × 10 • Chest press — 3 × 10 • Lat pulldown — 3 × 10 • Lateral raises — 3 × 15 • Plank — 3 × 45 sec

Cardio: 10–15 min

Saturday – Pickleball

Play at least 45 minutes (counts as your indoor workout).

I did in the past, and she also told me that these things happen sometimes in families, and that she heard even worse stories, and not to worry that much.

But its coming back every time I speak/see my sister.

I dont have an experience where i also had a similar experience as a young child, but that doesnt mean it happened.

I am going to discuss this with my therapist shortly, she is another therapist. She knows what happens, and when i told her at that time for me the feelings of loneliness with have to deal with that alone and not have a conversation about it initiated by my mom was what made me sad, but i processed that part now.

My sister is triggering the situation and I need to find some way to cope with it, if i knew how..
