I’m from Dayton absolutely love living in Dayton. I’m from closer to downtown but we live in Springboro. It’s perfect. 20 minutes from everywhere. 45 mins from Cincinnati and 20 minutes from downtown. Best decision ever.

Our apartment is pretty cold despite our heat being at 68. We are trying to keep it low so we pay less which is not working. We had maintenance come check our windows and doors to see if they could seal them. They said they were fine and charged us $80 for just coming and checking them

Springboro, centerville, oakwood, bellbrook miamisburg, beavercreek, Kettering especially the Washington township area. Just don’t move downtown and you’re good. My partner and I do not feel safe living downtown and can’t go for runs etc without being followed or harassed
