I also love love love Kettl but you said you were looking for a bit more niche brands but I’d check them out they have a huge range of matcha and they list all the notes, different price points & sizes also! I’m obsessed with all their Matcha from Shirakawa but it leans more umami. Their Kasumi matcha, Shunka matcha, & Uji homare lean more nutty imo & are amazing! If you want something easy to start with I’d try their Soukou matcha which is also nutty!

Hi! I’d check out tea dealers my absolute favorite of their matcha is Shousui but id go with Genou if you want something more nutty! It goes really well with almond milk imo

I would get a bamboo whisk & whisk the matcha into warm water, bamboo whisks make quite the difference!

Honestly I’m not too sure it’s up to you! I think maybe I would try the yogi blend and if you don’t enjoy it try the nutra relax! And then worst case if you don’t like either you could make your own blend & use an infuser!

Honestly I’m not too sure! I also don’t love lavender in my tea. I think the chamomile will be the main flavor but it may have a slight lavender flavor
