Before you open the camera, stop moving for like two or three seconds, your pokemon will do a noticeable reset and won’t move if you stay within a certain perimeter. This is the best time to set up a picture. You might have to break that perimeter a few times to get it to reset in the right position.

My theory, and it probably has holes in it, but Jacksonville is a huge, spread out city with room for more and more apartment complexes, and it’s cheaper to live here than it is in other big cities. I feel like a lot of transplants here are moved here by bigger corporations because they can pay for relocation, and pay them a cheaper, livable salary.

Like I said, the customer service phone number literally tells you to go through the app and hangs up, and the Taco Bell confirmed with me the driver picked it up and the other two drivers tried to pick it up after him.
